GOTM comes with a detailed documentation including some information on the
theoretical background of individual the turbulence models. For information on
how to install and run GOTM on different platforms please look
here.
As in previous releases we have used the PROTEX tool for embedding the
documentation inside the FORTRAN source code. In addition to previous
releases we have - for each of the main components of the code - written
a more general introduction/description. We provide the documentation as
a downloadable PDF file (A4 or letter format) as well as browsable
web-pages.
In addition to the documention of the algorithms and code described above we
also maintain a list of user contributed peer-reviewd publications with
relevans to GOTM. If you want to have your publication added to the list please
provide the necessary information to the GOTM users mailing list (preferable as
bibtex entries). To keep the focus of the list please provide only contributions
where the use of GOTM is essential for the paper.
